Alex Shrady – Chief Executive Officer
Alex is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and 6 years as a legal advisor, specializing in labor and employment law. He holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, equipping him with a unique blend of strategic HR leadership and legal expertise.
Before founding The Shrady Group, Alex served as Director of HR and Training for Frontline Community Services, where he led transformative workforce initiatives and strengthened organizational infrastructure. His leadership there was marked by a commitment to equity, compliance, and sustainable growth—principles that continue to shape his work today.
As CEO of The Shrady Group, Alex leverages his deep industry knowledge to help organizations build stronger teams, implement sound employment practices, and create inclusive workplace cultures. His dual perspective as both an HR leader and legal advisor makes him a trusted partner in navigating the modern workplace.
